Despite the appointment being delayed by 10mins (the reception staff could have done a bit more to inform me of any potential delay) my wax with Maria was very relaxing. Friendly and professional Maria made my Hollywood hot wax relatively painless. Room is clean and she puts you at ease. Now going back for a hair appt with Maria and hope to have the same experience. Good price for a wax considering the area and compared to other places I have been to.

Amazing value for a top treatment at a Chelsea salon - booked for microdermabrasion but was advised to have a peel. I left the spa with a red face, but my skin felt amazing and bright from the next day. Anara was very professional and knew what she was doing - the salon has some serious equipment too. Will be back!
