Niraja is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP), with an MSc in Sports & Exercise Therapy and a background in sports injury management, rehabilitation and functional movement. She takes an evidence-based, personalised approach to treatment, combining physiotherapy, manual therapy and tailored exercise to support recovery, improve movement and help clients return to the activities they enjoy. Niraja works with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from sports and running-related injuries to individuals experiencing everyday musculoskeletal conditions, back pain and muscle tension. Her approach focuses on understanding each client’s individual needs and providing practical treatment and exercise strategies to support mobility, strength and long-term function. Her additional training includes the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (COMT), Functional Kinesio Taping, MFR, IASTM and Cupping.
