I arrived early to her house and was sat in her living room which was very messy. When it was time for me to go upstairs for my treatment, the lady was kind of passive aggressive. I’ve experienced this a lot with people in the beauty industry where they make comments that are just unnecessary about appearance and when I threw the same questions back to her I could tell she didn’t like it either. I walked away feeling less confident. The treatment itself was decent but wouldn’t go back.
