the nails took just over 5 hours when it was supposed to be an hour and a half, she cut my cuticles too close so i left with two cuts and the rest were raw then they charged me £10 for nail art when their signs said it was £5 because they 'charge per hand'. i appreciate the nail tech doesn’t have a lot of experience but i wouldn’t go back again & i have contacted treatwell to sort this
