I had a 90 min sports massage with Frame. He was excellent! Massage pressure was nice & firm and he regularly checked that it wasn’t too painful. Before the massage I informed him of the areas I felt needed attention and he was brilliant at pinpointing the exact sore spots. He even found some areas of tightness I didn’t realise I had. I will definitely be back!

Such a brilliant experience. The masseuse was thorough, attentive to my wishes, and gave me so many body tips! I also had the deepest sleep, afterwards.
