It was my first visit and I was very impressed, the venue is beautiful and clean, Tui was excellent - very professional, listened to my concerns, gave advise and the massage was excellent.

Frame was superb! This was my first sports massage and I was a little hesitant about what to expect. I was made to feel at ease straight away and Frame took time to find out more about me and why I was there. He paid attention to particular areas of discomfort and explained what would happen thoroughly. He checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was ok and answered all my questions. The noise from the road outside is a little frustrating but that can't be helped. Thanks again! :)
