Marlon was lovely but I felt that because I had already paid I didn't get the treatment I should have, like a nice hair wash with massage, it all felt very rushed. Still a lovely salon but I should have got the same treatment as the other customers in there. They were all offered a drink and i wasn't. The lady before me was having a long relaxing hair wash and mine was a few minutes. All these touches could have rated it 5 stars.

The staff were friendly on the whole, but could have been a bit more chatty. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink. Otherwise everything was good, relaxed, and I was happy with the treatment.
