I came to do my Manicure Shellac and Normal Pedicure and I just Loved, I never been in a better place. They are very cleaned and friendly. Fran did a great Job in my feet, all around and painted very well, the technique is different but I really loved the brazilian way. I completely recommend 👏
Maybe this place is good for hair, but they don't have the facilities to do nails so they shouldn't offer these treatments. Was unprofessional and unclean. Used wooden stick to clean up polish that got on my toes and it was really painful. Not at all what you expect when you pay for a pedicure.
Pedicure
There was nothing luxury about this pedicure. Sat in a window seat, with nothing to lean back on, with people looking in from the street, it was the most uncomfortable pedicure experience ever!
They only had one foot bath and that was a basic foot bowl, not even a proper foot spa, so because that foot bath was already in use I had to make do with having my feet moisturise and wrapped in clingfilm... not once did they even enter a foot bath! hardly any hard skin was taken off the bottom of my feet, there was no effort whatsoever... and I have a lot of hard skin! Now I'm all for new techniques in painting of nails, but what I do not appreciate is being cut twice when trimming cuticles and then when they paint the nails they paint over your skin and then go round your cuticles including the cut ones with aceone on sharp orange sticks to take of the excess - was absolute agony and I will never want to experience that again.
Pedicure
Happy with my service, but I wonder if they ever sanitize their tools. When my hairdresser finished cutting my hair, she left the scissors on top of the balcony, then another hairdresser took the same scissors and started cutting another customer's hair without sterilizing it before.

Just had a fantastic haircut from Copacabana! The staff were so lovely and even kept the salon open late for me after I was delayed arriving! The cut itself is great - one of the best I've ever had. I'm just about to go and book my next visit. 💖
