Been here lots of times to get my threading done, Laila & Lubna very good. The problem was, there was no social distancing due to Covid, lots of people inside, no queuing (they just let everyone in) and no doors or windows left open.

My appointment was at 11.30. Went there it was closed. Lady opened the door at 11.25 and I went in. and it was raining badly outside. She said Mahi is sick your appointment is cancelled. Day before they sending me reminder at 7.00oclock. Why can’t they message me in the morning of cancellation. Very disappointed. Not going there again.

I had not had a wax in a while and it was made as painless as possible. Lots of good conversation and Lubna was amazing enough to fit me in for an upper lip wax and eyebrow thread ahead of lockdown down! Thank you!!
