My son had a meltdown that lasted from start to finish, yet the stylist did an excellent job at cutting his hair. It looks flawless despite him screaming at the top of his lungs and flailing around throughout.

We previously used trotters for our boys cuts , however a last minute decision meant they were fully booked. That was an absolute blessing !! Cool cuts far exceeds trotters!! They are friendly and super patient and truly a children friendly place!

This was the first time seeing the stylist Lana after only having very warm and friendly experiences here in the past with another stylist. She was not friendly to us; in fact, she kept asking my 7 year old daughter to sit still in a severe, rude tone. In the past, this never happened—they've always been so understanding. I wasn't impressed. I noticed when our friends arrived, she became much more aware of herself and spoke to us kindly with a bigger audience watching. Not sure if we'll return.
