Inam so dissappointed with the result - my boy’s hair looks really bad and as hard as I think she was trying to be nice I think deep down she was just annoyed because he got upset and wouldn’t let her finish. I would think they are prepared to deal with hard tempers from kids - also she stopped a few times since they seemed ti have an issue with the bookings so she had to step a way a few times to help with the computer and that wasted good time when my son was sitting quietly.
