I had added a note to the booking that our son was very scared of getting his hair cut and had previously got quite upset when having it done. I mentioned that if the hair dresser had any helpful tricks that might make his visit a bit easier for him it would be much appreciated, but it was very clear the note wasn’t read and the visit was really distressing for my son.
