For the very expensive price of £53, I expected a clear and structured tutorial. I also expected an opportunity to try it out on my daughter who had waited patiently for the hour. However it was rushed, the lady was nice but struggled to convey what she meant in English. The dolls we practiced on didn’t stay attached to the desk and constantly fell onto the floor. I’m still not able to French braid and very disappointed at the cost spent

Highly highly recommend!! Fab place to take your children and such a lovely experience, my kids love having their beautiful hairstyle after their hair cut and getting their nails done :)

Debbie was lovely, professional and a joy to be with. She made sure my daughter felt special, cut my daughter's hair exactly how she wanted it, had interesting chats with my daughter, always making sure she was comfortable. Debbie was polite and extremely patient - gave my daughter time to choose the 'gift' ring at the end without rushing her - my daughter came out feeling like a pampered princess 👸

Good experience for my toddler's first haircut. Great atmosphere, lots of entertainment for little one, and staff clearly know what they're doing. The only downside was we had to wait for nearly 30 min past our slot.
