Not once been disappointed to the attention to detail. Efficient, friendly and professional at all times . My child’s choice of venue loves the computer games opportunity and is pretty relaxed .

Took my daughter for her first haircut and the experience was amazing. The staff were very professional and wonderful with my daughter, we loved the whole experience can’t wait to bring her back again!

Absolutely appalling experience yesterday at Cool Cuts Richmond. The stylist was not Tonni but someone else who could not speak English. I was asked if my son wanted clippers - I expressly said no (this is the the reason I pay for Cool Cuts versus a barbershop). The stylist then proceeded to use clippers all over my son’s hair. I also said I wanted a feathered long fringe - he nowhas a Frankenstein wonky fringe that goes on the diagonal. The appointment took twice as long as it was supposed to.

We were not taken with the feel of this place, considering it is specifically for children, there was not much warmth or friendliness from the person cutting our sons hair. It’s very expensive which we didn’t mind when booking, if it meant our son would have a positive experience. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.
