Average haircut at quite a high price point. I specifically booked in with Debbie because we had had a previous positive experience with her but the stylist was changed without any communication. Debbie was present and no acknowledgment was given to the change which was awkward and frustrating. The other stylist was rushed and less patient with my daughter than I would have hoped for. A bit disappointing overall.

I booked my son's first haircut and while the haircut turned out well, the experience was a bit disappointing. My son can be a little difficult and unfortunately, there was little effort made to put him at ease, which made him uncomfortable throughout. The appointment also felt rushed, likely because we were the final slot of the day. I appreciate the quality of the haircut, but I was hoping for a more patient and child-friendly approach, especially for a first time experience.
