Our daughter had another fantastic experience at Cool cuts - she loves getting her hair done here. The staff are always so thoughtful and patient with the children. It’s brilliant highly recommend.

Awful experience, I was called just before my daughters appt to say the hairdresser was late had to come 30 mins later. The hairdresser was flushed and rushing and cut my daughter’s fringe terribly and didn’t even dry her hair properly. Not happy
