I booked my son's first haircut and while the haircut turned out well, the experience was a bit disappointing. My son can be a little difficult and unfortunately, there was little effort made to put him at ease, which made him uncomfortable throughout. The appointment also felt rushed, likely because we were the final slot of the day. I appreciate the quality of the haircut, but I was hoping for a more patient and child-friendly approach, especially for a first time experience.

The haircut was carried out quickly and efficiently, Tatiana was great with the boys she let them know what she needed the to do and the the haircut didn’t take long which is a plus with young children would definitely recommend.
