The establishment is lovely for children, my son settled in quickly and was made very comfortable. The Stylist was pleasant. The treatment of care varied from last time we came which was an additional perk. Previously the stylist had taken care of hair in the face and had a flannel ready to hand to clean it off when my son was feeling agitated with bits on his face. This time the stylist used a hair dryer but my son was not fond of it at all, so I had to take get my own tissue and wipe his face
Boys' Haircuts
My daughter was really looking forward to having her haircut and nails done here but unfortunately it was a disappointment.
The salon was understaffed - only 1 stylist - in a kids salon in school hols- who was trying to cut hair, see to customers, sweep and answer the phone. My daughters hair cut took an hour due to all the interruptions and I felt guilty for asking for things that were included in the service I’d booked (hair wash, nail polish etc) because she was so busy. Not her fault at all
