I went to cool cutz to repair a hair cut on my daughter from an earlier disaster in a different salon. Christina was reassuring and she listened to what I wanted to achieve with the cut and she repaired the previous bad job. My daughter had a party to go to so we were up against it and Christina was kind enough to take that into consideration.
The haircut started 10 mins late because the hairdresser was sweeping up. Toddlers have a short attention span and I thought the hairdresser should prioritise the cut over sweeping. The cars to sit in were full of previous clients’ hair. The cut was uneven and I didn’t think much care was taken. Expensive for the service provided.
