Ralph had a better rapport with his previous stylist. I felt like she relied on clippers too much but the overall effect seems ok. I'm not sure why but they didn't offer to wash his hair.
The payment area for the previous people is so close to where the hairdressing happens that you feel you have to turn up the volume on the TV as accoustics are not great.

The atmosphere is very good and engages kids.. i was afraid my lil one might cry and not settle down to get the haircut as its his first one.. but evrything went great
