Always very good with the kids. Only problem was I was told off when I came in for booking a ‘girls haircut’ because that doesn’t include washing, so if I wanted that I should have chosen ‘extra long, thick or curly hair’ (none of which my daughter has). Been coming for months so this must be a new rule which needs to be made clear on the booking page. It’s an extra £15 for the wash which seems a bit steep
