Stylist was not very kid friendly at all
And kept saying to my child ‘if you don’t sit still we won’t do your nails as you are already late’ she’s a child so being a little late isn’t her fault and shouldn’t be threatened she can’t do something if she isn’t still it’s so unprofessional. My child was so so excited for the experience and I felt it was completely rushed and ruined the haircut also wasn’t great. Lady at the reception desk was absolutely lovely however and was a credit to the shop.

Is great for children who might need a bit of incentive and/or understanding when having a haircut. Staff are very understanding and patient, using various tactics to get the job done. Atmosphere can be noisy, might be challenging to some.
