We have been coming here for years, since it was Sharkeys, and it’s hit and miss to be honest. Often hectic, and the appointment system (& pricing structure) needs reviewing.
We had to wait half an hour to be seen (with an appointment which was booked the day before where there were slots available every 5 minutes), and it was just over an hour after the salon opened. This made for a really stressful experience. With the high price tag, it’s just not good enough.

The haircut looked great. However the combing out was a bit rough- her hair was long and I normally go from ends to roots to get tangles out. This was combed from the root down so my daughter found it hard to keep her head still as it was pulling a lot. She also found the metal barrel brush quite scratchy on her scalp and hairdryer a bit hot… overall a bit uncomfortable. We’ve been to the salon a few times and it’s been great, she’s super pleased with her new haircut.
