Upon arrival, receptionist/hairdresser didn’t look up from her phone.
When discussing what I wanted for my son’s haircut, she dismissed what I wanted. In the end she cut my son’s hair so short that from certain angles it looked like he had bald spots. During the haircut she thought her tugging at my son would go unnoticed but it did not - very rough.
When leaving the salon with a toddler and new born she could see I was struggling with the door but did not get out of her seat.
Never again.

My LO loved the seats and the hairdresser was patient with him during the haircut as he moved. The haircut turned out good but not exactly what we wanted.

Lana was exceptional with my son
The first haircut in 6 years where he sat unaided. Lana was so calm and even stopped to give him breaks throughout which really massively helped him.
