The hairdresser was not there when I arrived and as soon as she arrived she grabbed the hair clippers and this scared my 2-year-old baby and he started crying. I tried to calm him down but she kept insisting with the hair clippers and kept telling me that she only had 10 minutes to cut my son's hair. She had no charisma and no understanding with a 2-year-old baby who still doesn't know how to express his emotions. I make it clear that I will not go back there again.
Boys' Haircuts
We didn’t get the haircut. We booked for12:40pm and arrived 3 mins early for our appointment, we were asked to sit and wait. We waited for 15 minutes and were told that we couldn’t get the haircut until 1.20pm which we weren’t able to do. We booked a fringe trim which takes 5 mins to do but they wouldn’t squeeze it in which doesn’t make sense to me. To top it off the lady said she couldn’t give me a refund and so I now need to send an email to someone to try and get a refund…

It was my little girls first haircut. It couldn't have been a better experience beginning to end. What a lovey time she had and definitely wants to be back.
