Hello. I have emailed you to try to resolve this week. We have had to visit another salon to sort out the haircut. The hairdresser was quite shocked by the cut from cool cuts. It has been thinned on top with a long mullet left at the sides and back. Fortunately we have now resolved at a different salon but have take to take a lot of length off to resolve the poor cut. The other stylist was shocked that a 15 months hair had been feathered / thinned out on top.
