Had to wait 20 mins for my sons cut.
That is a long delay and wait for a 4 year old.
This is the second time it has happened.
Timing is key for kids.

Christina you as late 10 minutes and my son was nervous!she couldn’t finish the cut properly and it’s not done ! We are not happy ! This is not acceptable
