We were lucky enough to have the shop to ourselves on a Tuesday lunchtime. Rawia took her time with my daughter's haircut. She was really calm with her and took time to make sure the haircut was straight even though my daughter couldn't hold her head straight. Rawia showed loads of patience. My daughter was very happy to get her car of choice, TV preference and snacks. I couldn't fault it!

Unfortunately, because of the weather our appointment was delayed by an hour and a half. I would have expected perhaps a gesture for being understanding and polite about it.
Rawia began using clippers on my 3.5 year old son with no warning, he was a bit scared !

We went a year ago and had an amazing experience- this time it was a little disappointing. The stylist didn’t braid her hair in the end (although I asked for a braid and some glitter like we had last time), the girl who painted her nails did a very aloppy job (I understand the polish comes off quickly and my daughter is only small but still) and then war generally very little actual interaction with the little one.
I know they can do better so a little disappointing!

Love this place, been taking my now 3 year old there since she was tiny, the staff are great and she always looks brilliant when they finish taming her wild locks!
