I showed up for my appointment at 12.20 on time exactly but a day late. They charged me for a no show and then again for the cut taking a 15 minute haircut to £50. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and will never set foot in there again. The receptionist was completely unflexivle and rude. I can see why the salon was empty

Have been excited from the experience.
Professional approach with a very talented lady.
Chrissy was well communicated with the boys. Make them and myself to feel very comfortable.
She demonstrated care and awareness for little things that made the difference, as is wiping my boy' s face from hairs regularly, using hair blow regularly, changing videos as per boys preference, talking to them 💙 and keep hygiene rules details that much appreciated.
Will definitely go back for our next haircut.

I wasn’t able to thank our two stylists as much as would have liked as it was so busy in the salon due to the anniversary party. Both were excellent. My son hates having his hair cut and Mo coped amazingly well and gave him a great cut despite every obstacle thrown his way! Rawia cut my daughter’s hair and took so much care, it’s the best cut she’s ever had.
I would recommend the salon to anyone and will not being going anywhere else from now on!

I sometimes pay for a girls cut as my son has very thick hair and a lot of it!
We love seeing Chrissy and she always make my son feel special and comfortable as he doesn’t really like getting his hair done!
