The haircut was good and they have all the belles and whistles to keep little ones happy which is great. However they are in big need of a receptionist as our hairdresser had to stop our little ones haircut twice (and with little ones that could have gone either way! thankfully he didn’t fuss) to serve other customers and our appointment was pushed back by 20min (again quite a long time to ask toddlers to wait) as she had to deal with all the payments of previous customers and walk ins.

The hair cut and stylist were brilliant. However, we were kept waiting for over half an hour, which for my 3 year old’s first haircut is not ideal. They obviously knew they were running really late so could’ve called in advance or told us to go for a coffee and come back, but they kept saying 5 minutes, 10 minutes, when that clearly wasn’t the case.

We always go here and book the same service. This time told there was no time for a hair wash and then my other daughters hair trim was bad. Still so many split ends all over. Shame as its usually very good
