The hair cut and stylist were brilliant. However, we were kept waiting for over half an hour, which for my 3 year old’s first haircut is not ideal. They obviously knew they were running really late so could’ve called in advance or told us to go for a coffee and come back, but they kept saying 5 minutes, 10 minutes, when that clearly wasn’t the case.

We always go here and book the same service. This time told there was no time for a hair wash and then my other daughters hair trim was bad. Still so many split ends all over. Shame as its usually very good
