They were running 20-25 min late, and noone was apologetic at all. The place was very crowded, looked like they are overbooking. Haircut for our little boy (17 months old) with very tiny hair still cost 29 pounds. Will not return.

Lana did a great job for my little ones first haircut and was treated to sparkles and polish which she loved!
Girls' Haircuts
I went with my 6 years old daughter to have an ear piercing for her. My problem was that we did not have the chance to feel calm and I did not feel that she was in focus. Time was in focus, everyone was in a rush, we had to choose very quickly (then they did not have my daughter's first two choices of earrings). My daughter started panicing, but we were offered to come back later, and it worked well, we had better support.
