The salon itself is great with the special car chairs and screens for the little ones. The staff and receptionist we kind. However, sadly the haircut my son received was not what we asked for. It was drastically shorter than requested. It felt like it was very rushed, without much care taken to ensure the it is even. It was his first haircut and understandable that it is tricky when you have a nervous client. But we are just so sad all his beautiful hair was cut off.

Chrissy was amazing cutting my son's hair, she was lovely with him, very patient, nice to us and a very skilled hairstylist.

A very warm welcome at cool cuts, staff really friendly and know how to help the kids. My grandson loves going there and never missed to ask for a balloon. The cut was unbelievably good, cheers all round
