Chrissy really listened to what by son wanted and his cut was great. He is older (10) but hates having his hair cut. She was really friendly and patient with him and he’s really happy with his cut

Been twice before this visit and loved it but this time was EXCEPTIONAL! Chrissy took such care and time doing my daughters hair and we even decided on the spot to pierce our daughters ears (after her asking for a long time). Chrissy ensured we understood aftercare and was so so good with our daughter. When I visit again I’ll definitely be asking for her. She’s knowledgable and knows how to include the parents in the process aswell as the child. Really happy!

The salon itself is great with the special car chairs and screens for the little ones. The staff and receptionist we kind. However, sadly the haircut my son received was not what we asked for. It was drastically shorter than requested. It felt like it was very rushed, without much care taken to ensure the it is even. It was his first haircut and understandable that it is tricky when you have a nervous client. But we are just so sad all his beautiful hair was cut off.
