Great find for a really good haircut! I've got no kids, but still getting the "mum" haircut 😅 Lana cuts hair really nicely. The shape is so good and grows so perfectly. The salon also isn't too busy during the day. Will be back for sure!

If you visit Cool Cuts Richmond, please make sure that you book your haircut with Lana. She is knowledgeable, experienced and attentive. Please note that my review is only about Lana. My review is not related to other hair stylists. Unfortunately I had horrible experiences with Rosie at Cool Cuts Richmond. I wish I could attach a picture of the horrible haircut made by Rosie. I'm sorry but it was the worst haircut I've ever seen. Please only book your haircut with Lana.

Absolute go to for kids cuts. It’s an entire experience. My daughter donated her hair and they were amazing. Highly recommend.

Lana dealt with our 4 yr old well. He was a difficult customer who finds haircuts very distressing. Lana was v patient and accommodating. Perhaps Cool cuts could have a quiet sensory style room?
