Debbie was fantastic with my son who has never been a fan of having his hair cut. She made the whole experience fun and made him feel in control so as to reduce his anxiety. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much, Debbie!

Really loved the experience at the kid's salon. Our three-year old would usually cry his head of, but thanks to Debbie and her smart distraction techniques we left without a single tear.

Our son enjoyed the novelty of Cool Cuts, the staff were friendly and we were pleased with our son’s haircut. Sadly our appointment start time was delayed by 30-mins. I do understand that appointments can run a bit late, but given that the whole premise of Cool Cuts is to take the stress out of things, being kept waiting for half an hour doesn’t help. It seemed as though the staff were a little stretched. Clients were queuing & the phone was constantly ringing and left unanswered.
