Debbie was exceptional. My son truly despises getting his hair cut and even though he did really well this time, she was incredibly patient when he had a meltdown towards the end and started crying. She was sympathetic and caring and assured me that there were no issues. We’ve had Debbie cut my son’s hair before and it was the exact same experience. We also watched her cut a young boys hair before our turn and she had the exact care and consideration for him. Amazing woman! Thanks so much again

Good things - my older son was allowed to game on their console whilst his little sister had her hair cut, both got balloons&snacks
Room for improvement-appeared to be very stressed&in a hurry - no-one else in the salon, other assistants present. We arrived 3-4 minutes late (definitely not 5) -maybe this caused stress? Showed my daughter the car buttons but wanted her to look up at the TV. Seemed annoyed when not looking where she wanted immediately (daughter 3rd bday). More relaxed in kingston

Chrissy was amazing with my daughter – patient, skilled, and so friendly. Even on a very busy day, we didn't feel rushed. She did a great haircut, offered a beautiful braid with colourful strands, and even fit us in last-minute for ear piercing. Everything was quick and professional. Highly recommend!
