Booked for the first time on Saturday, with my daughter, at first lovely welcome, good selection of colours to choose, it wasn't busy, then people started arriving without appointments & was left to wait, my daughter wanted a manicure but didn't get one, no cream offered had to help ourselves, do disappointed as we wanted to make this a regular thing, worse thing they wanted to charge for a manicure which we didn't get
