I've visited here 3 times, and the last 2 appointments I have had to wait over 30 minutes, despite having booked an appointment online. No real explanation or apology. Walk ins taken despite appointments waiting. Disappointing.

Yesterday (22 May 2025) it was my first visit to Cookham Nail Bar. I was satisfied with the deluxe pedicure by Anna Nguyen. She was excellent, the atmosphere in the salon was relaxed, the music was pleasant and I loved the massage chair too. I will go back and recommend the nail bar to my friends.
