This is my regular salon. Staff are skilled and salon has a calm, clean atmosphere. However their time keeping is terrible. I booked a 10am appointment for my mother and myself for pedicures and manicures. We arrived on time but both made to wait 40 minutes. They also started work on another last between my pedicure and manicure.After 2 hours I had to leave to get back to work with my nails unfinished. This is the fourth time my appointment time has been delayed over 30 minute in the last year.
