About

I received my Master's from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon in 2020. I have worked in Oxfordshire and Berkshire and settled back in Bracknell in 2023. I believe that true health is a balance of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. My approach to care is holistic, looking at the whole person to support my patients in relieving pain, restoring function and developing all-round health and wellbeing.

Dr Lauren graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2020 and worked with communities in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, before opening Conscious Health in Bracknell in 2024.
