The team
The Studio is personally led by AJ, a qualified Swedish massage therapist and experienced wellbeing practitioner.
AJ's approach combines massage with years of experience working with the body, breath, relaxation and nervous system regulation. Every treatment is personal, with the pressure and focus of the massage adapted around what your body needs on the day.
You won't find a rushed, one size fits all treatment here. The focus is on creating a comfortable space where you can properly relax while working on areas of tension throughout the body.
