I showed up at the venue to be turned away, as the therapist had booked for the wrong day. Fully aware mistakes can happen, but the appointment was booked 24 hours in advance, confirmed and pre appointment covid form filled out.
Im not one to leave a negative review but I was so desperate to have this massage and giving that I was just turned away with no other solution it is pretty disappointing from a customer service point of view.

Another great experience with Linda. The massage really helped relieving my lower back pain, and upper back too which was very tense. Love the relaxing atmosphere of the treatment room. You will be well look after from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. Can’t recommend enough
