I went through my past appointments just to see how long I have trusted Fran. As of 20 Feb 2026, I have trusted Fran since 1 Feb 2023. I owe a lot to her. If you want a sterile and transactional experience, then Fran is not for you. She cares deeply.
Fran guides you on a journey and that journey sometimes is unspoken. For me, Fran was rebuilding my eyebrow (half was missing), and we saw the results. Fran creates an enclave of safety and belonging in a world where it is often missing.
