Hair Colouring
Rang me at 10.10am when my appointment was at 1030am to say they were booked up and offered me an afternoon appointment, which wasn’t suitable as I was going to a party at midday.

They cancelled on me when I got to the shop. Very unprofessional and unorganised. I understand it was a last minute appointment but I booked it 30min in advance so they had time to call me and cancel or rearrange
