I’ve been having this treatment by Jodie for a couple of months now and will continue to see her. Recommend trying this treatment if like me, you hold tension in your jaw, neck and shoulders. Jodie really understands your needs through intuitive responses to your body and energy levels. After each treatment, I come away feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the next few weeks. We had to adapt the treatment slightly but Jodie was more than accommodating about this. I really appreciate the individual tailored approach and I am glad it meant I didn't have to cancel my appointment as I really needed it!
