Always love going to this salon - I've never found anywhere that does manis as good as this place.

Was delayed for 25 mins. The room is very small and has a strong polish remover smell. I would rather call it ‘express’ manicure as cuticle work was quite facile - will have to do manicure again in another salon.

I'm used to the ultra cleanliness of nail salons overseas. Never a good look when someone else's nail clippings are still on the towel when it's your turn. Cramped and cluttered space.

I booked tinu as she has nail art expertise but they changed my technician without any explanation or warning. Lovely girl did my appt but nail art was a little rushed. colour I wanted was not in stock, then I was upsold from normal to gel colour (£10 extra) on the acrylics as she was running out of time. I think they need to give more realistic time frames for nail art. Ended up paying £65 for pretty average acrylics that i can get elsewhere for £20.
