The staff at ColourRiot are lovely and 9 times out of 10 do a good job. Downside is that they are always running behind. My nail appointment was pushed back on the day due to a staff member calling in sick, I then waited 20mins before I was seen. Hate to complain but this happens EVERY time I go. Would still recommend the service and Tinu is great!! Just don't book in during your lunchtime..

The beauticians were nice, but I had to wait an hour after my manicure to have my pedicure. Its wasn't what I expected, my hands weren't soak in water, no cuticule work was done properly. For the pedi it was a bit better but overall I am not happy. The place isn't really clean. Won't go again.
