On arrival I had to wait 25 min as the receptionist was not there and the website suggested that you will be called to your treatment. I could not wait longer and went downstairs to speak to someone. My pedicure lady was suprised it was no one there to invite me as she was waiting for me too. The pedicure was great after all.
