It was my first time getting a manicure from a salon, everything was professionally done, smooth service. I would only say that, because there were a lot of people sat closely together, it felt a bit weird for me to tip, so I didn't get round to doing so... Might be easier if, on the payment system, there's an option to tip?
The salon was a bit short of Shellac colours, and the one I chose didn't dry properly, but the technician spotted this and re-did them for me - so I chose a gelish lacquer, which I'd not tried before.
The gel lasted well - two and a half weeks (or more precisely, three kayaking sessions, that's what tends to hammer my nails!), and cleaned off as easily as the CND, and my nails were fine after I'd removed it.
(I always prefer to remove the varnish myself and allow my nails a week or so to breathe between manicures).
I'd not had an express manicure before, but I detest my cuticles being overclipped, so this option worked really well for me.
I had an intensive manicure and the manicurist paid great attention to detail and was very quick and hygienic. They were really friendly and it was nice to chat about nail products and hear recommendations from an expert. It's been well over a week since I had my manicure and I have no chips at all which is amazing! I'll definitely be returning and recommending Colour Riot Nails to my friends!
