Terrible experience. I am 8 months pregnant and had a doctors appointment that got moved last minute. I tried to call several times to move the appointment but no one answered the phone all day. When I finally got through to someone the Tuesday after I was informed they would not honor my already charged appointment when I asked to reschedule. I will never go back to this salon.
